Earth day celebration

Wednesday, April 22 | 4 - 7pm

Your favorite neighborhood is hosting an Earth Day celebration! We’ve Partnered with a few businesses to bring you a fun night FOR THE whole family…

❋ ACTIVITES FOR ALL

Our friends at Tinworks Art and State of Play will have booths offering community art projects for all ages! All offerings will be using recycled or second hand materials. Live music with Slim Pickins Communal String Band will be there, too!

We’ve partnered with Common Ground Landscaping to help clean up our neighborhood! Grab a drink & walk or bike while you help keep our community clean. Trash bags provided, Common Ground will dispose.

❋ CLEAN UP!

Echo Arts, in conjunction with exhibiting artist Megan Marlatt, will be hosting an art walk with wearable sculptures! From 4:45 - 5:45 we will walk these works down to BPL and back. Details below.

We’re so lucky to have so many good food offerings in the Northeast! Not only will there be a local Farmers Market in conjunction with Fat Toads Farm Pantry, but Mountain Provisions and Golden Goose Street Eats will be available in the BonTon lot.

State of Play

Our friends in the cannery, State of Play (an innovate play and art space for families), will be joining Echo Arts on the art walk as well as accompanying Tinworks in a community offering! You can find them in a tent in the BonTon lot, ready to work on a collaborative recycled materials sculpture.

Fat Toads Farm Pantry

New to the neighborhood, Fat Toads Farm Pantry is excited to kick off spring with a Farmer’s Market! With more than 10 local vendors, get your fill of fresh spring produce and meet your local grocers! Slim Pickins Communal String Band will be playing alongisde the Market!

Golden Goose Street Eats

Golden Goose Street Eats is back for the warmer season! You can find Daniel inside the truck serving up local Montana meats and veggies! He’ll be cooking until 7pm, or until the party dies out.

Echo Arts

Echo Arts, along with their current exhibiting artist, Megan Marlatt, are excited to put on an Art Walk with wearable papier-maché heads and costumes to celebrate Earth Day. Anyone welcome; bikes, costumes, instruments, noise makers, or just yourselves! We will meet at the gallery (615 E Peach Unit C) between 4:30-4:45 and walk to the Bozeman Public Library and back! Trash bags provided to pick up litter along the way! The walk will go until 5:30 or so.

Mountain Provisions

Chef Em and Mountain Provisions will be whipping out the GOZNEY pizza oven, and taking you on a lil’ trip to Italy for this Earth Day celebration! You can find them swinging pizzas in the BonTon parking lot.

Tinworks Art

Our friends at Tinworks Art will be decorating and creating upcycled t-shirt bags for folks to take home! T-Shirts will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own from home! They will be in a booth in the BonTon parking lot.

We’re so excited to see you on Wednesday the 22nd!

Festitivities will start around 4pm and end after 7pm. The Refillery and Juniper dispensery are holding a post bike-ride-town-clean refreshments at The refillery around 7:30pm! (601 E Cottonwood)
